Karl Wiley

Executive Vice President, Protection Services Group

Karl Wiley is executive vice president of Allstate's Protection Services Group. He serves as the global president of Allstate Protection Plans and is also responsible for Allstate's Roadside and Dealer Services business units. Wiley joined Allstate in 2018 and was named president of Allstate Protection Plans in 2020. Under his leadership, Allstate Protection Plans has grown to more than 140 million global policies in force and has expanded across Europe, Japan and Australia.

Before joining Allstate, Wiley was senior vice president and general manager of consumer brands at Shutterfly and president of Motif, a high-end outsourced enterprise service provider. He has also held senior leadership positions at eBay, Alibris and MicroPlace, an innovative online marketplace for microfinance investments.

Wiley received his undergraduate degree from Duke University, an M.A. in international affairs from George Washington University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
