Mario Rizzo is executive vice president, chief operating officer, leading all market-facing businesses, including property-liability and protection services. He also leads Sourcing & Procurement, Real Estate and Individual Health. In this role, Rizzo helps lead the company's Transformative Growth strategy to grow property-liability market share and expand protection solutions.

Rizzo has held numerous senior roles at Allstate during his 36 years with the company, most recently as executive vice president and president, property-liability. Before that, he was chief financial officer and held various leadership positions across Finance.

Rizzo has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago. He is also a certified public accountant. Rizzo serves as a member of the finance committee and the governing board of UCAN Chicago, an organization focused on empowering youth to develop into future leaders. He is also on the board of directors of St. Laurence High School in Burbank, Illinois.
