Katie Irey serves as executive vice president of Insurance Product at Allstate, where she leads the development and delivery of innovative insurance solutions that are affordable, simple, and connected. Her work ensures Allstate remains at the forefront of meeting customer needs in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Since joining Allstate in 2004, Katie has held a range of leadership roles spanning product operations, finance, sales, and line management. She was promoted to vice president in 2018, driving profitable market share growth across Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin through Allstate's exclusive agency distribution model. Most recently, she led the Product Design and Lifecycle Management team, where she was responsible for scaling products nationally-managing everything from portfolio strategy and contract language development to operational risk and regulatory compliance.

Katie earned her bachelor's degree in finance and business administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Gies College of Business and is a graduate of the University's Hoeft Technology and Management Program. She currently serves on the board of the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety and the Kohl Children's Museum of Greater Chicago, supporting early childhood education and experiential learning.
