Build your expertise with our Full-Time Rotational Development Programs in technology, finance or data science. Through assignments, mentoring and workshops, you'll learn to confidently challenge ideas and bring meaningful insights to real-world customer solutions.

Transform lives through tech

Our two-year Technology Development Program (TDP) exposes recent graduates to technology, programming and innovation. Check out opportunities in our tech department and start translating your passion and ideas into better solutions for our customers.

The program's three rotations give participants experience in:

  • Agile XP programming, rapid product prototyping, scrum, data analytics and machine learning
  • Building tech-driven solutions for our products and the customer experience
  • Solving complex business and technology problems
  • Building infrastructure to support digital transformation

Grow an enterprise portfolio

Our Finance Development Program (FDP) consists of two one-year rotations designed to help you grow your career as a versatile leader.

Assignments include:

  • Enterprise finance, data analytics, risk management, investments, planning and tax
  • Client-facing work and strategy
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Understanding core financial metrics
  • Analyzing and presenting financial info in a clear, succinct way

Gain impactful insights

In our one-year Data Science Rotational Program (D3DP), you work side-by-side with industry experts to solve complex analytics problems.

The program doesn't require a post-graduate degree or prior experience and gives you the chance to:

  • Expand your expertise across three key product areas as you learn to collect, model and apply data to practical business applications.
  • Deliver targeted insurance solutions that increase customer satisfaction and engagement to improve their experience with Allstate across the board.
  • Learn how to consult with business stakeholders and present innovative data solutions that challenge the status quo.
  • Create data pipelines to improve the customer experience and help employees live an easier, more productive life.
 

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university. Current students may apply as early as 7 months prior to graduation and as late as 7 months after graduation. Students must be located in U.S. or Northern Ireland and can't require sponsorship now or in the future.
