Guy Hill is executive vice president, Product, Property-Liability. He is at the forefront of ensuring Allstate offers cutting-edge products that are affordable, simple and connected.

Hill joined Allstate in 1986 and has held a variety of leadership roles in product operations, sales and service, customer advocacy and line management. He began overseeing the integration of the company's product operations across the country in 2015. Hill then led efforts to drive profitable growth by bringing national product strategies to the local level.

Hill earned his bachelor's degree in finance from James Madison University. He is a board member of the Insurance Information Institute, which brings data-driven insights on insurance to consumers, media and professionals. He was previously a board member of the Illinois chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, a nonprofit that works to fund lifesaving blood cancer research around the world and improve the quality of life for patients and their families.
