Ginger Purgatorio is executive vice president, claims enablement and excellence. She is accountable for leading claims enablement, innovation and excellence, as well as building and advancing claims artificial intelligence.

Purgatorio most recently served as executive vice president, Go to Market. She has a track record of leading cross-functional efforts to drive results and champions product mindset to meet the needs of the rapidly changing marketplace. Since joining Allstate in 1998, she has held roles in Finance, Ethics & Compliance, Connected Car, and Product Management.

She earned a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Northern Illinois University, as well as an MBA. She represents Allstate as chair of the executive board of the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), an independent, nonprofit scientific and educational organization dedicated to reducing deaths, injuries and property damage from motor vehicle crashes. She is passionate about preparing the next generation of leaders and serves on the Board of Directors of Nerdy Girl Success.
