Ginger Purgatorio is executive vice president and general manager, East Territory Go to Market. She is accountable for driving profitable growth across insurance lines and Allstate-branded distribution channels in the eastern part of the country, leading teams with local market knowledge and expertise across the business to protect more people in more ways.

Purgatorio most recently served as senior vice president, Vehicle Line Management. She has a track record of leading cross-functional efforts to drive results and champions product mindset to meet the needs of the rapidly changing marketplace. Since joining Allstate in 1998, she has held roles in Finance, Ethics & Compliance, Connected Car, and Product Management.

She earned a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Northern Illinois University, as well as an MBA. She represents Allstate on the executive board of the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), an independent, nonprofit scientific and educational organization dedicated to reducing deaths, injuries and property damage from motor vehicle crashes. She is passionate about preparing the next generation of leaders and serves on the Board of Directors of Nerdy Girl Success.
