Consumer Request Metrics: The chart below lists the number of access, deletion and correction requests Allstate received, complied with and denied from residents of California in 2023 along with the average amount of days it took to complete a request.

While Allstate Dealer Services and Allstate Roadside Services are distinct businesses, these charts display metrics for both entities as well as the Allstate Insurance Company.
