Supplier diversity & sustainability procurement

Allstate supports inclusion & economic opportunity

Since 2003, Allstate's diversity program has steadily increased the procurement of goods and services with diverse suppliers. In 2020, Allstate spent more than $235 million with these diverse businesses.

We are committed to continually increasing spending with diverse suppliers using the following process:

  1. All potential suppliers must be registered in the Ariba Discovery Network to be considered for any opportunities with Allstate. RFx activity takes place through Ariba. Please register your company at the following link.
  2. To provide more information about your company, ask questions or present an innovative idea, please contact Allstate Sourcing & Procurement Solutions using this link.

Allstate supplier diversity exchange

Each year, Allstate hosts an exchange for diverse suppliers. Attendees can pitch their businesses to our decision makers in charge of sourcing goods and services, attend workshops and network with Allstate leaders.

The Allstate supplier diversity exchange was launched in 2008 to provide an opportunity for diverse businesses to build relationships with Allstate and prime suppliers, while receiving guidance and insight into the sourcing process for large organizations. More than 80 companies from the supplier diversity exchange have earned contracts with Allstate.
