When we talk about serving customers in more ways, it doesn't just mean through the channel of their choice. It also means offering products and services that protect them from more of the risks they face.
In 2024, we launched Allstate identity restoration. Through a monthly subscription, customers who experience identity theft will have access to a dedicated specialist who will guide them through the restoration process.
While identity protection helps prevent fraud with features like credit and account monitoring, identity restoration helps recover what was lost so you can get back to your daily life.
Without this service, I wouldn't have known that someone stole my identity and tried to set up a bank account. The rep was great, and we had this shut down immediately. She also sent me great info to prevent other uses of my identity.
